You can search the complete current database of listings using your criteria - area, price, subdivision, school district, size, year built, etc. Click on Search Listings and select your criteria from the menu. My software can be automatically set to search using your criteria, and notify you immediately of new listings!! Simply choose Your Search Criteria and fill in the requested information.

Market Analysis

I provide assistance in determining value as we analyze current listings and closed transactions. In addition to adjusting comparable properties for obvious physical characteristics, I can discuss with you the curable and incurable forms of depreciation - physical, functional and external.

Inspections/Repairs

I assist buyers in the selection of inspectors, attend the inspections, and review the inspection reports. Many large brokerage firms do not allow realtors to assist the buyer in the selection of an inspector. It is not uncommon for listing agents to provide the buyer with a notice stating the repair negotiations should involve only the buyer and seller, not the realtor. As a realtor knowledgeable about construction, I can provide valuable information during this process.
